The project is situated on a 10.0 acre parcel located at 575 South DuPont Highway in New Castle, Delaware. The site currently consists of the one-story 48,000 square foot Meadow Wood Hospital with associated parking lots. The purpose of this project is to construct two building additions to the existing hospital: one 4,148 square foot 6-bed addition and one 9,394 square foot 24-bed addition with associated site improvements.
