PURNELL HALL

UD collaborated with JP Morgan Chase to develop and 4-story Expansion to the former JP Morgan Chase Innovation Center, for the Alfred E. Lerner School of Business. UD pursued a Modern Architectural Design implementing state-of-the-art panel system, Coutyard & Colonnade Renovations, and a SWM vegetated Filter Strip with a warm-season native planting mix. The expansion ties in the overall Business Campus linking with Kirkbride Hall.
