ROBERTS FARM

The proposed 250 lot mixed-unit development is part of an overall 1,200 acre farm preservation project comprising four separate agricultural parcels known as Roberts Farm. Development is limited to a 100+ acre portion of the 417-acre uplands parcel. The proposed subdivision consists of a mix of single-family and twin units. The development intends to preserve more than 1,000 acres of existing farm areas and natural resources including the tidally influenced Hangmans Run Creek. Project includes a re-zoning to Suburban S, with offsite sewer to a county pump station, bog turtle survey, and green technology SWM BMPs.
