YMCA
The YMCA is one of the most well known institutions in local communities throughout the United States. In New Castle County, the YMCA provides a multitude of health conscious programs to serve the families in its vicinity. CDA has worked on various projects with the YMCA to build an entire second story to the Brandywine YMCA, a community center building at Western YMCA, and a multitude of projects for the Bear-Glasgow Family YMCA all located in New Castle County, Delaware.

Through collaboration with DCI, CDA and YMCA built a second story addition to the Brandywine YMCA facility to support its ever-growing membership numbers. The addition moved the fitness center upstairs and reconfigured some of the first floor.

CDA’s provided experienced Land Use knowledge along with Civil Engineering and Stormwater Management consultations to assist YMCA in building a new conference room building at their Newark location near Kirkwood Highway and Milltown Road.
