Another CDA project is coming to fruition! The Delaware State Police have a new Troop 6 campus with new Barracks and Maintenance Shop. CDA is grateful for the opportunity to work with State of Delaware OMB to assist the State Troopers in a long overdue upgrade to Troop 6. CDA Engineering provides civil engineering, SWM design, and land planning consultations to developers looking to build in Delaware.
